Planning & Consultation
With over 20 years of experience, we understand the planning framework inside out, giving our clients clear advice and guidance, including any local restrictions that may apply under Council policy. Most of our work is within the Boroughs of Bromley and Sevenoaks, where our strong relationships with the Planning Departments help smooth the process and achieve results.

Construction Drawings
Building Regulations & the approved documents set the standards for all construction and general works in the UK, from fire safety and thermal efficiency to structure, drainage, and ventilation. Meeting these are compulsory for ensuring safety and legality for your new home.
Our construction drawings are fully compliant with current regulations. An Independent Building Control Inspector will review them alongside the structural specification, then carry out site visits at key stages to ensure everything is built as approved. Once your project is complete, you’ll receive a Final Certificate. To avoid delays or costly changes, building work should only begin once you have formally approved construction drawings.
Visualisation & Rendering
We offer a basic visualisation service additionally to our planning and construction drawings, this is done in house and can assist in understanding the 3D form of your project and its relationship with its surroundings.
For more complex rendering and modelling, we can outsource it to an external 3rd party who have more sophisticated and detailed software capabilities. This means that they can assist with material choices and other aesthetics.
