Detached House in Chelsfield

Crofton Design secured planning for this rear extension of a house in Chelsfield. We were tasked with creating additional space for a interior remodelling, designed to provide the residents with extra space in their kitchen.

This also included the application of a new crown-top roof element which was designed to match the existing bay window on the other side of the house, as well as existing roof tiles.
