This project transformed a detached bungalow into a two-storey family home, creating substantial additional accommodation while giving the property a completely new appearance. The work also included the redesign of the front porch and garage roof.

Timber detailing, brick dentil courses and tile hanging add character to the elevations. The new eaves and ridge heights were carefully considered in relation to the neighbouring homes, helping the enlarged property sit comfortably within the street.
