This loft conversion added a new bedroom, study and shower room to a detached home in Orpington, making effective use of the roof space and providing valuable additional accommodation.

Three tile-hung dormers were introduced to the rear elevation. Their windows bring natural light into the new rooms and provide views over the garden, while the external finish helps the additions sit comfortably with the existing house.
